    Fantasy Fudge

    3/4 cup margarine or butter
    3 cups sugar
    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    1 pkg (12oz) semisweet chocolate chips
    1 jar (7oz) marshmallow cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    MICROWAVE method:

    Lightly grease 13x9 inch or 9 inch square pan. Microwave margarine in 1
    quart microwavable bowl or casserole on high for 1 min. or until melted.
    Add sugar and milk; mix well.
    Microwave on high 5 minutes or until mixture begins to boil; stirring
    after 3 minutes. Mix well; scrape bowl. Pour into prepared pan. Cool
    at room temperature and cut into squares.

    TOP OF STOVE method:
    Lightly grease 13x9 inch or 9 inch square pan. Mix margarine, sugar and
    milk in heavy 2.5 - 3 quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil on
    medium heat stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes on medium
    heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly
    to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chips until
    melted. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared
    pan. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
