Hawaiian Fudge
2 cups ranulated white sugar
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup cream
1 Tablespoon butter
1 cup pecans, if desired
few drops of green food coloring, optional
Cook sugar, pineapple, cream, and butter to softball
stage. Add pecans and coloring if used. Beat until
thick. Pour in 8 inch buttered pan. Let set to harden
and then cut into squares.Recipe
