    Marshmallow Peanut Fudge

    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1 7oz. jar marshmallow cream
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Butter a 9" square pan.
    Mix the sugar and milk together in a saucepan.
    Clip a candy thermometer to the side of the saucepan.
    Cook to the soft ball stage, 234 on thermometer.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into the pan.
    Let cool and cut into squares.
    Makes about 2 pounds.
