    Peanut Clusters

    2 cups fresh peanuts
    2 1/2 cups granulated white sugar
    2/3 cup white corn syrup
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tablespoon butter
    red food coloring


    Mix sugar, syrup and milk together.
    Add the peanuts.
    Cook on stovetop on medium/high heat until mixture
    forms firm ball.
    Add vanilla, butter, and a few drops of red food
    coloring, and beat until creamy.
    Drop onto a buttered baking sheet and allow to cool.
