Potato Candy

2 tablespoons REAL mashed potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon milk
1/2 cup powdered confectioners sugar,
...(plus more for rolling)
1 cup peanut butter

Mix together the potatoes, butter, milk and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Stir until the mixture becomes stiff.
(You may add powdered sugar until it becomes stiff).
Sprinkle work area with powdered confectioners sugar.
Then roll the dough mixture out flat.
Spread the peanut butter on top of the dough mixture.
Next roll into a log shape.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Then slice and enjoy!
