Bacon + Chicken Casserole
2, 10 3/4 ounce cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream, (8oz.)
1, 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups elbow noodles, cooked al dente, drained
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1, 4 ounce package dried beef, diced
4 uncooked chicken breasts, cubed
4 uncooked bacon slices, chopped small
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix soup, sour cream, cream cheese and noodles together and
set aside.
Mix bread crumbs and butter together and set aside.
Coat bottom of baking dish with dried beef.
Drop chicken cubes on top of dried beef.
Scatter bacon over chicken.
Pour soup/noodle mixture over bacon.
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 - 45 minutes. If topping starts to get too brown, cover for last 15 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
