BeefSteak Casserole
1 pound cubed, round steak
2 tablespoons fat
1 1/2 cups sliced celery
2 small onions, chopped
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 soup cans of water
2 to 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup uncooked rice
Roll meat in flour and brown in fat.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 4 - 6.
Pork or chicken may be substituted for the steak.
