    Beef N Cheese Macaroni Casserole

    1 pound ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small diced onion
    1/2 pound elbow macaroni
    slices of Monterey Jack or Velveeta Cheese
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can condensed tomato soup
    best with 1 can evaporated milk, but can use regular
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Grease casserole dish.
    Brown the beef with the onion, salt and pepper together.
    Cook macaroni al dente to package directions. Drain.
    Place a layer elbow macaroni on the bottom,
    then some cheese slices,
    then 1/2 the hamburger mixture.
    Repeat layers, ending with some cheese slices on top.
    (Layers make a better flavor in this order.)
    Mix soup and milk together and pour over top.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
