Cheesy Bean Enchilada Bake

1 16oz. jar thick and chunky salsa, your choice to hotness
1 8oz. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 16oz. can refried beans
8 6" flour tortillas
1/4 c. chopped onionRecipe
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 13x9x2" baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Mix 1/2 c. of the salsa, 1 c. of the cheese, refried beans and onion together. Set aside.
Spread 1 c. of the remaining salsa onto the bottom of the baking dish.
Spoon 1/4 c. of the bean mixture the down center of each tortilla.
Roll up and place tortillas, seam side down, onto the salsa in the baking dish.
Top with the remaining salsa.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
