    Cheesy Chicken Casserole

    4 Split chicken Breast (must have bone and skin)
    1 Box bow tie noodle (the pasta looks like little bows)
    1 pound Extra sharp cheddar cheese
    4 stalks of celery sliced

    In pot boil the chicken breast until cooked thoroughly. Take the
    chicken out of the pot. Do not throw away the water. Pour the water
    from he chicken into a bow or another pot pouring it through a wire
    strainer to remove any large pieces of fat that may have come off the
    chicken. After you have gotten all the fat out bring to a boil. Add
    the celery and noodles. Follow the direction on the noodle package for
    coking time. While the noodles are cooking, remove the chicken from
    the bones and rip or cut into chunks.
    After the noodles are cooked take away from heat and stir in the
    chicken. Cut up 6 to 8 slices of the cheese (cracker size) and cube up
    the rest. Put the chicken noodles and celery into a casserole dish
    along with some of the broth but not too much just (use a spoon with
    holes in it to put into casserole dish. Stir in the cube cheese saving
    the slices to lay on the top.. Cover and bake for 25 to 30 min or
    until cheese is melted on top.
