Chicken Bacon Rice Casserole, easy
6 slices bacon
1 c. rice, uncooked, not instant
4 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. crushed oregano
1 tsp. crushed parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Line a 13x9x2 inch baking dish with bacon slices.
Cover with rice. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper
and arrange over rice.
Combine soup and water and pour over rice.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
