    Ham + Pineapple Bisquit Casserole

    1 1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
    1, 8 ounce can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
    1/2 cup sliced green onions, (4 medium/scallion type)
    1 cup bisquit baking mix
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons powdered dry mustard
    1 cup shredded Colby or Monterey Jack cheese,
    ...or a mix of both, (4 ounces)

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle ham, pineapple and onions in bottom of the plate.
    Combine the baking mix, milk, eggs and mustard until
    blended. Pour over ham mixture. Bake, uncovered, about
    25 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out
    clean. Sprinkle with shredded cheese(s) of choice. Bake
    for 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
    Makes 8 servings.
