Ham + Spinach Penne Casserole

1, 2 - 2 1/2 ounce country gravy or white sauce mix
1 1/2 cups diced ham with a fruit glaze recipe on it,
...(make your own or buy one at the store)
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon type mustard
1, 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and
...squeezed as dry as possible
1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, if desired
1, 8 ounce package short tube type pasta, cook al dente
...to package directions and drained

Coat a shallow 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat
oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare gravy/sauce mix. Stir in ham,
cheese, mustard, spinach, salt and pepper. Mix with pasta, tossing
gently to blend well. Pour into baking dish. Cover and bake for 20
minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more. Serves 3 - 4.
