Ham + Swiss Noodle Casserole
2 cups chopped ham
1, 8 ounce package shredded Swiss cheese
1, 16 ounce package egg noodles, cooked al dente
for sauce:
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup low fat sour cream (or plain yogurt)
Make the sauce first:
Saute in green pepper and onion in the Olive oil. Add
the soup and sour cream or yogurt.
In a large casserole dish, layer in this order:
ham, noodles, sauce, then the cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.Recipe
