Hamburger + Stuffing Casserole
1 1/2 pounds lean hamburger
1, 16 ounce loaf day old bread
1 teaspoon ground poultry seasoning
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup butter
2, 8 ounce cans cream of chicken soup
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
Spread uncooked hamburger in a 9x13x2 inch pan.
Crumble the bread over the meat until the pan is almost full.
Sprinkle with poultry seasoning and onion. Melt the butter
in a saucepan and add the soups. Heat, but do not scorch.
Pour over top of the bread. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
