Some people in this day and age do not even know what hominy is.
This is a good casseole to learn of the good taste.Goes well with
just about any meat.one of my favorites is with baked chicken.This
can be doubled or tripled very easily.
1, 16 ounce can hominy
1/2 small onions
1, 10 ounce can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon butter or oleo
1/2 up shredded Mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
Combine all ingredients, except corn flakes in a greased casserole
and mix well. Top with corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to
45 mintes. Makes 4 servings.
