My kids love this recipe, and you
can add more chili powder or hot sauces to it if you like it spicy. I
use homemade hot ketchup in mine also.

List of Ingredients
Mexican Casserole #3
1 pound ground beef
1 prepacked ready to mix box Macaroni & Cheese
1 8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1 Package Taco Seasoning (use 1/4 water with this)
1 Can Corn Drained
1 Medium Onion
1/2 Tsp. Seasoning Salt
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1 Package Prepared Corn Meal
Brown meat with Onion, Garlic Salt, Johnny's Seasoning Salt,
Pepper and Chili Powder. (Drain Grease) Prepare Mac & Cheese as
directed on box to it's entirety. When Mac & Cheese is finished, add
to Hamburger mixture and add corn (drained). Add Taco Packet with
1/4-cup water and tomato sauce. Mix well. Place in a casserole pan and
prepare corn meal as directed and place on top of mixture. Be sure to
use only a thin topping. Bake in 375-degree oven for 30 minutes. Let
cool for 5 minutes and serve. Enjoy.
