Pepperoni + Beef Casserole
3 cups spiral pasta, uncooked
1 quart (32 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 pound ground beef or sausage
1 package sliced pepperoni
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 ounce can mushrooms
Cook and drain ground beef. Set aside.
Cook pasta al dente to package directions. Drain
Mix ground beef, pasta, sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni,
and Parmesan cheese together.
Place all in a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
