    Ravioli Casserole #4

    1 pound ground beef
    1, 6 ounce can tomato paste
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 finely chopped garlic clove
    1, 7 ounce package pasta shells,
    ...cooked al dente to package directions
    2 tablespoons + 1/4 cup salad oil, separated
    1 cup shredded cheese
    1, 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach,
    cooked to package directions, drained, reserve liquid
    1, 16 ounce can spaghetti sauce, flavor your choice
    2 well beaten eggs
    1, 8 ounce can tomato sauce

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Need a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
    Brown the beef, onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons
    of the oil.
    Add enough water to spinach liquid to make 1 cup.
    Then combine with spaghetti sauce, tomato paste
    and salt.
    Next stir into the meat mixture.
    Combine the spinach with pasta, cheese, bread crumbs,
    eggs and the 1/4 cup oil. Spread into the baking dish.
    Top with the meat mixture.
    May also sprinkle the top with some grated cheese,
    if desired.
    Bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
    Let set for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
