Sausage Hash Brown Casserole

Sausage Hash Brown Casserole
2 pounds bulk pork sausage
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces French onion dip
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped sweet green bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1, 30 ounce package frozen hash browns, THAWED
Brown Sausage in skillet and drain well.
In a LARGE mixing bowl,combine everything but the sausage and hash browns.
(even combine the cheese,but save just a bit to top the casserole with)
Once everything is combined good,fold in the hash browns and sausage and mix well.
Coat a 9x13x2 pan with cooking spray and pour mixture into the pan.
Top with a small amount of cheese.
Bake 350 uncovered for 1 hour or until casserole is golden brown.
