Sombrero Casserole
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup hot ketchup
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1, 16 ounce can kidney beans, with juice
1/2 cup chopped olives
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup sharp cheese, shredded
Brown ground beef, add 1/2 cup onions.
Cook until tender.
Add ketchup, chili powder, salt.
Mash beans with juice and add to beef mixture.
Heat through.
Pour into a flat baking dish.
Garnish with the other 1/2 cup onion, green olives
and sharp cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with fritos or crackers.
