6 ounces thin spaghetti pasta
1 medium chopped onion
2 medium chopped green bell pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1, 8 ounce can tomato sauce
2 cups canned whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 teaspoon hot Sauce, or to taste
1 teaspoon marjoram
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Coat an 9x13x2 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook pasta al dente to package directions. Drain.
Saute onion, garlic and gree pepper in olive oil.
Add tomato sauce, corn, black olives, hot sauce,
marjoram, and salt and pepper.
Place pasta in baking dish and top with sauce. Bake
for 25 - 30 minutes.
