    Sweet + Sour Hamburger Casserole

    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1 pound hamburger, seasoned to taste
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup tomato paste

    Saute meat and drain.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into 7x13x2 inch casserole.
    Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
    Excellent served with mashed potatoes and salad.
