Big Boy's - Chicken Gravy

28 ounces chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
2/3 cup biscuit mix

Combine together in a blender/food processor.
Blend at high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into saucepan over medium/high heat.
Bring to a boil and cook, stir constantly for about 4 or 5
minutes until it is smooth and thickened a bit.
Serve at once.
May freeze up to 4 months.
