    Refrigerated/Press - Peanut Butter Fudge Cookies

    1, 18 ounce package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1, container ready to spread chocolate frosting

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease mini cupcake pans.
    Mix the cookie dough with the peanut butter just until it is
    swirled.
    Press teaspoonfuls of dough into cupcake pans. Bake for
    about 12 minutes. Let slightly cool. Make an indention in
    the center of each cookie. Remove from cupcake pans to
    a wire rack.
    When completely cool, place a teaspoonful of the frosting
    in the center of each cookie.
    Makes about 36 cookies.
