bar - Pumpkin Brownies #4, w/Frosting
for the brownies:
1, 28 ounce solid packed canned pumpkin
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 level teaspoon baking soda
2 level teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 teaspoons ground cloves
for the frosting:
6 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, (1 stick)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups powdered confectioners sugar
for the brownies:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9x2" baking pan/dish.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes or until tester
comes out clean. Let cool before frosting.
for the frosting:
Beat all the ingredients together and frost brownies.
