    cakeMix/roll - Vanilla Cookies

    1, 2 layer box vanilla/white cake mix
    1 pint frozen whipped topping, (2 cups)
    1 egg
    powdered confectioners sugar

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Combine the cake mix with the dessert topping and the egg.
    Chill the dough about 2 hours.
    Roll spoonfuls of the batter in confectioners sugar.
    Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.
    Makes 4 dozen.
