1, 2 layer yellow cake mix
3/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts of your choice, divided in 1/2
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2, 8 ounce packages softened cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
bottom layer:
Combine melted butter, cake mix, and half of the nuts.
Press into bottom of 9x13x2 inch pan.

middle layer:
Blend cream cheese and brown sugar together until smooth.
Spread over bottom layer.

top layer:
Sprinkle with remaining nuts and bake for 25 - 30 minutes
or until the cheese layer is set. Let cool completely
before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
