1 cup butter
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup honey
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened wheat germ
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped peanuts
Mix butter, peanut butter and sugar together until
creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until fluffy.
Mix in honey, flour, oats and wheat germ. Mix
thoroughly. Add coconut, raisins and peanuts. Drop
by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on greased baking
sheets. Bake in preheated 375 degrees F. oven for
10-12 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
