Oreo cookies
1 cup pancake mix/flour
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons cooking oil
Add egg into pancake mix.
Add milk and oil to batter.
Stir until all ingredients are well mixed;
continue stirring until its consistency is
smooth.
Refrigerate the batter for a while to allow
it to solidify slightly. The fried cookies
look better after frying then.
Fill a saucepan with enough oil to cover
cookies after they dipped.
Place cookies in the batter until soaked.
Carefully place cookies into hot oil and
begin to fry, no more than 2 minutes. They
should be golden brown and will bloat up.
They will smell like a freshly baked
chocolate cake.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place on
paper towels to drain.
Serve warm.
