    roll/cut - Cream Cheese Cookies #4

    1 cup butter, (1/2 pound)
    1, 8 ounce package cream cheese
    1 cup powdered confectioners sugar
    1/4 cup finely minced nuts of your choice
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups flour

    Cream together the butter and cream cheese.
    Add the sugar and blend well.
    Stir in the flour, nuts and vanilla.
    Make sure all is well blended.
    Roll into a log and wrap with waxed paper or plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Remove wrapping from the roll.
    Slice and bake for 15 minutes.
