List of Ingredients
8 c. peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 c. diced red onion
5 or so jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. pickling salt
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in large stock pot.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Ladle into hot sterilized pint jars.
Process in a hot water bath for 20 minutes.
Makes approximately 8 pints.
