Pickled Crab Apples
4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons stick cinnamon
2 cups white or cider vinegar
2 tablespoons whole cloves
Combine, boil 10 minutes. Cook the crab apples a few at a time in the syrup
until tender. Pack apples in clean, hot jars. fill with boiling syrup, seal.Recipe
