Pickled Peppers #2
peppers
1 quart white vinegar
1 quart water
3 cups sugar
vegetable oil
Clean peppers.
Cut in 1/2 or 1/4.
Boil just until they change color.
Mix the vinegar, water and sugar together in a pot. Get it hot.
Also heat jars and lids.
Pack the peppers into hot jars.
Fill with brine and add 1 teaspoon oil to each pint.
Delicious on sandwiches.
