Plum Ketchup

List of Ingredients
Plum Ketchup
5 lbs plums, washed and pitted
3 lbs brown sugar
1 cup white or cider vinegar
1 tablespoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Mix together in a large stainless steel [NOT aluminum] kettle.
Heat slowly, simmer till thick. Seal in glass jars.
Can be used as a substitute for tomato ketchup.
Works great on all kinds of meat and egg dishes.
