1 medium rabbit, cut in pieces
flour
salt and pepper
3 tablespoons margarine
1 cup minced onions
2 cups sour cream
Heat oven to 325�. Dust rabbit pieces with flour seasoned with salt and
pepper by shaking all in a paper bag. Heat margarine in your cast iron
skillet and saut� rabbit until nicely browned on all sides. Pour off excess
fat. Add onions and sour cream, cover, and bake for one hour.
