1 medium rabbit, cut in pieces
flour
salt and pepper
3 tablespoons margarine
1 cup minced onions
2 cups sour cream
Heat oven to 325°. Dust rabbit pieces with flour seasoned with salt and
pepper by shaking all in a paper bag. Heat margarine in your cast iron
skillet and sauté rabbit until nicely browned on all sides. Pour off excess
fat. Add onions and sour cream, cover, and bake for one hour.
