    List of Ingredients

    fresh - Celery + Ranch Chicken Breasts

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup of a teriyaki basting sauce,
    ...(regular teriyaki sauce is too thin)
    1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
    1 cup thinly sliced celery, or
    ...(2, 4 ounce cans sliced mushrooms, drained)
    1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 chopped green onions
    1 1/2 ounces bacon bits

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Need a 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
    Pour oil into a large frying pan and heat over a
    medium/high heat.
    Add the breasts, and saute 4 minutes on each side,
    until browned.
    Place the breasts in the baking dish.
    Brush on the basting sauce.
    Spoon on ranch dressing.
    Sprinkle celery over top of the dressing.
    Mix the cheese, onions and bacon bits together.
    Sprinkle over top of the mushrooms.
    Bake for 25 - 35 minutes, or until the celery is tender
    and the juices run clear.
    Makes 6 servings.
