fresh - Chicken Manicotti #1, w/alfredo sauce
14 manicotti pasta, (8 ounces)
1, 30 ounce container Alfredo Sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders, cut up
1/2 ounce can ripe olives, sliced and drained
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, (8ounces)
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1 beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. You will need an
ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking pan for this.
Pour about 1/3 of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of
the baking pan. Sprinkle the garlic salt on the chicken.
Mix chicken with Mozzarella cheese, Ricotta cheeses, egg
and olives. Stuff this mixture into the uncooked pasta.
Stuff from both ends of the shells to fit, if you need.
Place the shells into the sauce in the baking pan. Pour
remaining sauce evenly over the top of the shells, making
sure to completely cover the shells. Sprinkle with the
Parmesan cheese and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
