fresh - Chicken w/Ham + Cheese in Wine

6 chicken breasts, cleaned
2 tbs olive oil
6 slices prosciutto sliced not too thin
6 slices mozzarella sliced thick
garlic powder, onion powder, pepper
1 cup white wine
2 tbs butter

Take chicken breasts and garlic powder onion powder and pepper.
Sprinkle generously on chicken and saute in olive oil till browned on
both sides. Transfer to baking dish. Top each breast with a slice of
prosciutto and a slice of mozzarella. Heat wine in saucepan and
reduce to 1/2. Add butter and pour over chicken. Bake 15 minutes on
325 till cheese melts.
