fresh - Crackered Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 - 2 minced garlic cloves
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups coarsely crushed Ritz type crackers
3 tablespoons melted butter
Combine the sour cream, lemon juice, and all the seasonings.
Dip the chicken in the mixture.
Coat both sides of the chicken breasts with the cracker crumbs.
Arrange in buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Drizzle the butter over top of the chicken breasts.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 to 60 minutes.
