    fresh - BBQ'd Chicken Wings, easy

    Recipe Introduction

    A little different from the usual Buffalo Wings.

    List of Ingredients

    fresh - BBQ'd Chicken Wings, easy

    3 - 4 lbs. chicken wings
    1 7oz. bottle soy sauce
    1 med. onion, quartered
    1 large lemon, quartered

    Put all ingredients in an air tight container and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours (or overnight if possible).
    Dump all the ingredients in a roasting pan and cook at 375 for 45 minutes.
    The wings will be a dark brown color, almost black.
    Remove chicken pieces and discard the liquid left in the pan.
    Can be served immediately or kept warm in a crock pot.
