4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 regular size bottle Italian salad dressing
Hungry Jack Mashed Potato Flakes

DIP chicken in dressing; coat with potato flakes.
BROWN coated chicken in large skillet with small amount of oil, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
COVER and cook over low heat about 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside and juices run clear.
