    fresh/grilled - Father's Day Barbeque Chicken

    1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 tsp. powdered poultry seasoning
    1 egg
    1 c. vinegar
    4 - 6 chicken breasts
    or other pieces of chicken to equal same amount

    Mix the oil, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and egg well with a whisk.
    Add the vinegar and mix again.
    Makes enough sauce for 2 broilers at 2 1/2 lbs. each.
    Put well basted chicken on low heat charcoal fire about 4 - 5" away from heat source.
    Baste well each time you turn chicken.
    If the fire blazes too much, sprinkle lightly with water.
    Cook 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until done.
