    fresh - Moist Crust Baked Chicken

    1/2 c. miracle whip salad dressing
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp. honey mustard
    1 + 1/2 tsp. powdered chicken bullion
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    2/3 c. corn flakes, crumbled

    Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 9x12x2" baking pan.
    Mix miracle whip, cheese and mustard in a small bowl. Measure out 1/3 c. and refrigerate.
    Add 1 tsp. of chicken bullion to remaining mixture and brush both sides of chicken.
    Mix the 1/2 tsp. chicken bullion with crumbs and the coat chicken well with crumbs.
    Arrange in the pan. Bake for 20 min. or until golden brown and fork tender.
    Serve with reserved mixture for dipping.
