    Very good make ahead dish.

    List of Ingredients

    fresh - Spanish Chicken

    Smoke or grill 4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 recipe of Rotel Dip
    (you know, Velveeta and Diced Rotel
    Tomatoes and peppers)
    brown Rice, cooked

    Slice Breasts in thin strips crosswise.
    Put bed of rice on plates, add 1 sliced breast on top
    and cover with Rotel Dip.
