    fresh - Chicken Burgers

    1 pound fresh minced chicken (or ground)
    1 Small onion
    2 teaspoons butter
    1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
    2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
    3 slices chopped ham
    2 teaspoons chicken stock powder
    Pepper, to taste
    1 cup soft breadcrumbs
    Dry toasted breadcrumbs

    Finely- chop onion. Combine with butter in a micro-proof mixing bowl.

    Cook, on High, 2 mins, Stir in minced chicken, pineapple, parsley,
    ham, chicken stock powder, breadcrumbs and pepper to taste.

    Divide mixture into burgers.
    Coat with dry toasted breadcrumbs.
    Cook until no longer pink inside.
    May pan fry or grill.
