    Chicken liver lovers this is for you! Those that don't care for livers, try it, you might like it.

    fresh - Chicken Livers #2, wrapped in bacon

    2 pounds chicken livers
    1 pound bacon
    1 cup soy sauce
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    3 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F
    Remove fat and membrane from livers
    Cut livers into bite size pieces(about the size of a marshmallow)
    (I agree, chicken livers to marshmallows? no comparison!! LOL)
    Marinate livers in soy sauce, garlic salt, garlic powder and worcestershire
    sauce for several hours or overnite.
    Reserve marinade
    Cut bacon slices in half
    Roll a bacon slice around a liver and secure with a toothpick
    Place on cookie sheet or biscuit pan.
    Be sure pan has sides so liquid won't drip onto the oven floor!
    Bake until bacon is crisp, about 20-30 minutes.
    Brush livers with marinade several times during baking.
    Makes 12 servings.
