    fresh - Chicken Rollups w/Bacon + Chipped Beef

    8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    8 strips bacon
    1 cup sour cream
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken or celery soup
    1, 4 ounce packet chipped beef, chopped

    Roll breasts up. Wrap a strip of bacon around each chicken breast.
    Place the chopped beef in bottom of a large baking dish.
    Place the breasts on the beef.
    Combine sour cream and soup.
    Pour over chicken and bake at 300 for 3 hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
