fresh - Cinnamon Chicken #6*, easy fried
2 pounds cut up frying chicken
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup flour
Olive oil
Line a large baking pan with foil. Place chicken in a
single layer on the pan.
Mix together cinnamon, sugar, pepper, oregano and salt.
Sprinkle evenly over chicken. Cover and refrigerator
overnight.
Dredge chicken in flour. Cook slowly in oil for 25 minutes
or until chicken is done.
Makes 3-4 servings.
