    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup honey
    2 Tablespoons melted butter
    1 Tablespoon garlic powder
    1 packet/cube chicken bouillon granules
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    salt and pepper
1 quart vegetable oil for frying

Mix honey into butter and let cool.

Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture, coating completely.
Chill the chicken pieces on a tray in the refridgerator for at least 10 minutes.
Fill a large, heavy skillet with oil to a depth of 1 inch. Heat over medium/high heat.
